What we keep, and what we never keep

A short, honest list for app.nadeemi.com (beta). It matches the privacy page.

We keep

• A one-way fingerprint of your account key (not the key itself)
• Your balance and top-ups. For 30 days after a top-up (the refund window) also its blockchain transaction ID and paying address; after that only the amount and date, plus a one-way fingerprint of the transaction ID (with no account) so it cannot be credited twice
• Per message: the exact model ID, token counts, number of web searches and pages read, and the price (no text)
• Your daily spending limit, if you set one
• Your email, only if you chose to give one at top-up
• Short-lived counters against abuse (rate limits); the top-up and payment-check counters include your IP address

We never keep

• The text of your chats or replies
• Your files: PDFs, images, Word, Excel (not even their names)
• Your recovery phrase or recovery kit
• Trackers, ads or third-party analytics
• Card or bank details (we take stablecoins only)

Saved chats (if you switch them on) stay in your own browser on your device. Messages and files go to Anthropic to produce the reply, under its terms. Privacy
