Bank statement to sorted lines

Choose a bank statement exported as CSV. The preview knows five common Gulf export styles (test layouts modelled on them, not official bank formats; Arabic or English). It checks the statement adds up, sorts each line with its rules and shows what needs your answer. If your layout is not known yet, it says so.
