Terms of use

Last updated 29 October 2026. Nadeemi Beta is an early test service. Please read these short terms before you top up.

1. What you buy

You buy prepaid credits in US dollars for the Nadeemi Beta AI chat. 1 USDT (TRON) or 1 USDC (Base) that arrives at the Nadeemi address gives US$1 of credit. Credits are used up by your messages at the prices shown on the chat page. Credits are not money, cannot be moved to another account and earn no interest.

2. Payments

• We accept only USDT on TRON (TRC-20) and USDC on Base, sent to the address shown on the top-up page. Minimum US$20 per top-up.
• Send the exact amount shown, including the cents. Payments in other coins, on other networks, or with a different amount are not credited automatically; email us and we will try to sort them out by hand. Network fees are paid by the sender.
• Your credit is added after you paste the transaction hash and the network confirms the payment. A transaction hash can be used only once.
• Your account key is shown once. Anyone with the key can use your credit. We cannot recover a lost key unless you can prove the payment (for example from the paying wallet).

3. Prices

Each message costs the model's token usage at 2x the official Anthropic API list price for that model, rounded up to US$0.0001. Before a message we reserve the most it could cost; you pay only the real usage. We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice on this site; credit bought before the change keeps the old prices for 30 days.

4. Refunds

Unused credit can be refunded within 30 days of the top-up. Email info@nadeemi.com from the email on your account (or with proof of payment) and your account key. We send the refund back to the address that paid, in the same coin and network, less the network fee. Credit already used is not refundable. If the paying address belongs to an exchange, tell us; we may ask for proof before sending.

5. No guarantees

Nadeemi Beta is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be slow, paused or changed, and it may give wrong answers. We do not guarantee any result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the unused credit on your account.

6. Fair use

Do not use Nadeemi to break the law, to harm others, or against the usage policies of our AI provider. We may limit, pause or close accounts that abuse the service, and refund the unused credit, unless the law forbids it. Rate limits and a daily safety limit apply.

7. What is available

This beta is a chat assistant only. Coding, browser tasks, Nadeemi Books and other features shown as "coming" are not available yet and are not part of what you buy.
